We got the older 2 suite apartment for our son, who is in college. The other suite mate had pot issues which caused both to be evicted in only 9 days! Management refuses to return our deposit, refuses to talk to me, or return my call. It was that other stupid kid's fault! Not fair to us at all! We paid rent for 9 days! No damage was done to the unit. In fact, it is cleaner than we he moved in. They still needed to clean that nasty carpet. Have before and after videos to prove it all.
I hated it ! They have rats and roaches really bad ... When stuff doesn't work inside the apartments they come when they are ready to fix it not when you report it !
These apartments are HORRIBLE!!!! horrible isn't even the word. They don't come and fix things that are wrong in your apartment, they don't have people to come out here and spray for bugs, they always say "they will see what they can do" when you need something fixed in your apartment. The shower water is NEVER hot no more than 3 minutes! They are only concern about the money & not how you are living. All these bedrooms are RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL!!!!!!!! This is a horrible place to live , nothing works and service is very bad here. Place is EXTREMELY dirty. Washrooms are ragedy and does not ring out clothes well. Wifi is horrible and Ive been without cable for 3 weeks and now that I have it its going in&out! Loud residency , thin walls.
