Although the vet we saw and staff at Birch Lane are so so sweet and loving. I have to give a 1 star. I’ve spent a fortune on medications and vet visits for my dogs allergies the past 3 months only to find out my dog has FLEAS when I took him to the groomer today. The vet missed this. I even showed her dander around his tail at our last visit. Our groomer said it was obviously flea danger and flea dermatitis. I know mistakes are made sometimes, but I’ve wasted a lot of money and my poor dog has had a lot of unnecessary suffer... read more
They were able to make a quick appointment for me the following day when I was having a stressful situation with my cat. They've been amazing, I was able to call and ask questions and they also called me after the weekend to get a progress report and give me any other advice that I needed.
