Moving to a new area and trying to find a quality vet is hard but we struck gold. From the first phone call to the office visit we were treated respectfully and our pup was treated wonderfully. With 3 dogs we will be back quite often but we feel very comfortable with how our dogs will be cared for. Wonderful staff.
Lack of compassion. Lack of knowledge. Lack of adequate medical plan & follow-through. A huge disappointment. Go elsewhere.
Staff and doctors were professional and seemed kind. However, after an initial exam, Dr Jaime wrote specifically she would call with results of a test done on our cat the *next morning* (as documented in her own email which she sent to us) but crucial hours ticked away with no call and we eventually called to find out Dr Jaime was in surgery and the receptionist questioned our own veracity of the situation (even when later shown proof in the email about how we were supposed to be called, there was no acknowledgement of the m... read more
Very good place! Very good vet! A million times better than Sarnia Animal Hospital!
Would not recommend! Used to love this vet office when it was Wiltshire Vet Clinic, until the new ownership and name change to Birch Lane. Brought my dog in and spent over $450 to be told there was nothing that could be done about her medical issue. Dr. Shannon wasn’t even willing to explore options to see if it would help, as she was mistakenly certain it was untreatable. Ended up fixing the issue myself with research and products from Amazon.
