I had a great experience at this hospital. The staff were friendly, professional, and caring. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I truly appreciate their kindness and excellent care. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others!

Terrible hospital. A couple of years ago, they kept me there way longer than needed, only to find out the tech I was waiting on was out playing golf. Now they're doing the same crap to my wife. 3 tests in 3 days is ridiculous. Now, we're looking at another day. I'm convinced they keep patients there to jack up what they charge to the insurance companies. Their ER is good, but the hospital is a scam. A recent (June 2026) HCAHPS survey response stated: My experience at this hospital (College Hospital) was very pleasant, from the doctors, specialists, nurses, and assistants, all the way to the cleaning staff (housekeeping).

This is not a hospital, this is a prison! I was held for 7 days, but there was no trial.
