Bad policies and bad desk staff. At least the vet is good. This is the kind of place that will cancel your appointment and charge you if you're 10 minutes late, but another time will call you back for your appointment 45 minutes late and charge you full price for the service without an apology.
Dr. Hughes is always so pleasant and professional. She explains things well and includes you in the decision making. I would highly recommend her.
Leo Kitty enjoyed the doctor. Service was great from check-in to check-out.
College Mall Vets no only care for my dog, they educate so I can better meet his needs.
