They will steal you security deposit. You will not get it back. Not only that, the building and apartments are infested with roaches and the area is unsafe.
Absolute thieves. They profit by stealing deposits from broke college kids. Consider your deposit gone in the wind as soon as you pay it. No matter how many times you ask they will claim they don’t handle the deposits, which is extremely interesting considering they have no problem at all snatching up your hard earned money. Also the place was absolutely INFESTED with roaches. 0/10 in every aspect. Where do I even start with College Living St. Cloud... I moved out of the Campus Center 6 months ago now, and I STILL haven't received my security deposit back despite being told I would get at least some of my money back. During my 3 years here, I always questioned my safety. The locks on the doors going into the building were consistently busted, and I have had to report multiple instances of individuals abusing meth and fentanyl in the hallways.
