I scheduled a window of 2:00pm–4:00pm, and Alex and James arrived at 2:10pm. It was nice to receive a phone call at 1:45pm stating that they were on their way. They arrived in a medium flatbed truck, quickly collected the junk, I signed the invoice, payed by credit card, and off they went - all in a matter of ten minutes.
