Guys were very helpful! Polite and courteous. Hard workers. They got my job done quickly. I’ll use them again.
The guys showed up to get the job done. They were able to get the 3 pieces of old solid wood furniture out and gone quickly. I really appreciate their hard work because my apartment complex is a real pain to get things out, and there was scaffolding blocking the sidewalk path to the ramp. They were able to go "off road" through a muddy area due to a tenant backing in over the steps.
We moved my mom to Denton from Abilene. We loaded up the truck ourselves but quickly realized that unloading it after a 3 hour drive was going to be difficult. After calling a couple other companies and being given pretty steep quotes, I reached out to this company. The woman who took my call (so sorry I can't remember her name!) was helpful and extremely pleasant. She booked a same-day unloading service for us. This moving company is absolutely incompetent! To damage someone's belonging then to not even reimburse 50% of the value stating its within reason of the law that they pay cents to pound ratio is absurd. Your company creates over a $1000 dollars in damages but you attempt to pay out roughly 10% of your caused damages. Who loses in this situation, the customer and the company bears no responsibility! Malachi and Daniel were absolutely amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was how polite they were! It’s just so refreshing to have positive energy and kindness (especially in their line of work that can be so grueling)
