This branch is an absolute joke. DO NOT USE. I booked with them and cancelled the same day. I was told the deposit is refundable and would be credited in 7-10 business days. Since then I have tried countless times to contact the branch, and nobody answers. I finally got someone from the branch on the phone and as I started to explain that the refund is well over due he hung up on me while I was still talking.
