I booked in with this company on 7/8 for my move that would take place on 8/2. They told me as long as I cancel before 7/26, I would receive a refund on my down payment of $99.99. I cancelled my booking with this company on 7/11 and was told I would receive a refund within 10-14 days. It is now August 8th (8/8) and I have yet to receive my refund. They advertise stress free moving. HA! They gave me a whole new level of stress. Do not recommend them.
College hunks was super easy to work with. From scheduling to the day of move. Was able to get the time and date that worked for me and movers showed up on time, communicated well and was very thorough and respectful of the property’s and my items. I would highly recommend college hunks for your moving needs. Max,Jose and Kam were awesome and made my move convenient and stress free. They were on time and quick at removing my items. They were also very nice guys that removed my items. Customer service was nice also.
