I submitted a detailed complaint to corporate, but instead of addressing the specific issues I raised, I received a generic response and feel like my actual concerns were not heard or taken seriously. Unfortunately, the overall experience and customer service were far below what I expected from a professional moving company.

We had excellent experience with Damael and Alan who helped move all our furniture. They took great care in the furniture and made sure it was secured and wrapped properly. They worked diligently throughout the whole process. We highly recommend this company in the South FL area.
