We used both services, hauling and moving. Communication with the office was confusing and caused problems. They moved the date up 24 hours without telling us until they were on their way. We had to drive 45 mintues to get back home and prepare for them. The haulers came unmasked in the middle of the pandemic. My wife is immune compromised due to a chronic condition. Travis & Logan call me early to see if they could stop by and move my recliner. Unfortunately they were not told about my couch. They both removed my recliner without a problem and then helped me with my couch. Very professional, and I thank them very much for the help. Thanks again
