There were 3 young men loading and unloading my household goods. They were respectful in nanner. They arranged furniture where I wanted it. They took apart and reassembled items that need be. They covered all uncoxed furniture in moving blankets. Removed alm packing material they were responsible for. I did my own packing in boxes. They worked efficiently and timely. I have already used them to haul away items and now for a change of address. I also have recommended them to family. Wonderful job!!!
We hired them to remove and dispose of some items. The workers were great. They were very professional and did a great job. My only issue is with their billing process. They advertise that you pay for how much room your items take up on the truck. When they show up, they add surcharges for going up and down stairs. I feel that this should be disclosed beforehand. It just seems a little deceptive to me. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise they were great.
