The movers were polite in conversation, but their actions showed no respect for our time or money. Even though we had fewer items than originally quoted and extra help on site, they deliberately dragged out the job. Several workers spent long periods talking or standing around while only one person actually worked. When I raised my concerns with the lead mover, he understood and acknowledged the issue.
