EDIT 3 MONTHS LATER: After further inspection and unpacking, we have found there isnt a piece of furniture that they touched that wasn't decently damaged. These people are a scam and have zero care for your belongings or customer service. I make sure I tell everyone anywhere what a joke this company is. If you DESTROY other belongs you should at the very least apologize and compensate them for the issues YOU CAUSED. They have no care to fix anything. The guys that showed up were very nice and respectful. We purchased furniture from friends of ours and it included table sets, a couch set and a large desk. These guys wrapped everything before loading. And they even took their shoes off when in the house because our friends had very light colored carpet. They made it so easy for us. There’s no way we would have been able to move that stuff ourselves. They were great!
These guys are terrible and I would never do business with them again. They can’t be relied upon. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out to take some old furniture away and they confirmed multiple times via text and email and not long before they were supposed to come they canceled with no explanation and with no offer to reschedule.
Super nice guys and very quick.
The guys did an outstanding job assisting us in clearing a truckload of items from our home. They were professional and courteous from start to finish.
