Update: they keep trying to say they did nothing wrong and won't let me speak to a manager either. I'd never use them again. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I now have to buy a new bed and then find someone to remove this one. Was quoted between 12-2, they didn't come until about 4. I also had to reach out to them a little after 2 because no one updated me. The wind was bad, but updates would have been nice. Sheena & crew did an amazing job moving all of my stuff into my new apartment! Very friendly & kind people all around. We did go a little over on the time that was estimated but Sheena mentioned that this was likely gonna happen from the very beginning, so no surprises were made. Will definitely use them again for any future moves!
Sheena and Dylan and Brenden were absolutely fabulous. They were efficient, strong, and kind. I highly recommend.
