This was my second time using College Hunks. My appointment window was scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM, but the movers didn’t arrive until 5:47 PM, about two hours late if we take a 1 hour window into account. To make matters worse, I never received a day-of confirmation. I had to call client support three separate times just to figure out what was going on, and each time I was given vague answers and no real help. Professional on time
Anthony & Peter were not only on time, but ahead of schedule, which helped us out quite a bit. There were friendly and very efficient. They took care in wrapping and moving our furniture. They finished the job ahead of time which saved us money from the quoted amount. The staff on the phone who helped us schedule the move were friendly as well. It’s not often that I give such rave reviews, but this experience definitely deserved the praise. Great job guys!!! Bob
