I moved from an apartment to a house. Scheduled on a Monday morning. They called and told me when they would be arriving and showed up on-time and dressed professionally. They were extremely polite and worked diligently! They arrived at the house before we did and we left at the same time (they knew a short-cut)! UPDATE 2: College Hunks gave me call today (thanks, Chris!), and as usual, they were very polite and courteous. They stood by their policies and guidelines, but they did agree to refund $110 towards the replacement of my king size mattress and bedframe. I appreciate the continued efforts at customer service, but ultimately will still not be using/recommending this company in the future.
