Staff was disrespectful. The lady was rude and crass. Accusatory and belittling. The service was also impossible to figure out. Unexpected delays and cancelations. I call to do business with you, I expect the front facing person to have some customer service experience.
Horrible, HORRIBLE & YES HORRIBLE professionalism and character. Defamation of another professional says a lot about how you feel about others. A man called himself the owner of this location while shouting humiliating words to a female representative of the establishments property he was on. He had two other guys with him that didn’t even stop him from verbally assaulting the representative. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Look up another local affordable mover!
Today I witnessed an absolute disgusting form of professionalism by this Moving companies team. I rent at an Extra Space Storage located in Katy. This moving company was on the property blocking the only way that we could get on the property. I went to inform the manager that we were having difficulties getting around the truck, and see if there was anything that she could do to help assist. Tim and crew were fast, efficient, kind, thorough even checking for nails from fallen fence pieces. Will definitely use them again.
This company scams people out of money. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who needs to move
