Showed up late and brought the wrong truck. It took several hours for the right truck to arrive. I had a large house and this delay made the move last until midnight. All of the furniture assembly in the new house was done incorrectly and had to be done over by someone else. Parts were left in the old house. Just called to get a quote and the agent was very unprofessional. Sounds like a remote worker with children in the background. While I appreciate that she didn’t try to “sell” me on choosing them, it was as though she didn’t care less if I chose this company or not.

I used them once and that was enough for me. they destroyed so much of my furniture and the company lies and says they will reimburse you but they never do. they are a bunch of liars.

I called for a home clean out and was given a same day appt. Michael and Tristan gave me a price before the job began. They skillfully loaded the truck, were friendly and polite, and I had an excellent experience.
