They broke my TV and TV stand and lied about it. Have spent several hours on this issue! Do not hire them! I’m in Palm Harbor Florida. They will not pay for the damage they do. This is interesting 🤨 they are considered out of business on the better business bureau…..I will have to call them to clarify
What a horrible experience with this company. Came out on the 9th to look at everything we needed to move and gave us an estimate for the wrong moving day and the wrong rate, we then change our moving day to accommodate their mistake and when they arrived our 4 movers for 6 hours didn't happen, they sent 3 because of a call out so they say. Showed up late and brought the wrong truck. It took several hours for the right truck to arrive. I had a large house and this delay made the move last until midnight. All of the furniture assembly in the new house was done incorrectly and had to be done over by someone else. Parts were left in the old house. The owner refused to compensate me for the value of antiques that were broken (after I paid an additional $700 for insurance) and offered me a dismissive amount of $100. Just called to get a quote and the agent was very unprofessional. Sounds like a remote worker with children in the background. While I appreciate that she didn’t try to “sell” me on choosing them, it was as though she didn’t care less if I chose this company or not.
I used them once and that was enough for me. they destroyed so much of my furniture and the company lies and says they will reimburse you but they never do. they are a bunch of liars.
