Showed up right on time and very carefully removed a huge, heavy 50+ year old king headboard. No damage to our home or property and really nice, congenial workers. This is a keeper and we love their name!
TL;DR: COLLEGE HUNKS NO CALL-NO SHOWED US. GO BOOK WITH TWO MEN AND A TRUCK INSTEAD! This place is a total joke. We booked a move with this company a month ago, scheduled the move for 6/29/26 told their arrival would be between 9-10am. We received a confirmation email 6/28, also letting us know we will receive a call when they’re on their way. We thought everything was good to go. 6/29 rolls around and we received no call by 10am. BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISE. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR FURNITURE THEIR IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!! I used them for my move back in April. The movers did significant damage to my furniture and did not wrap anything in plastic. The franchise manager has gone from saying we will get a resolution to ignoring our calls and texts even ignoring corporates calls. Please be aware that if they damage your stuff they will ignore you and there is no recourse. This franchise is so dishonest
John took care of my junk hauling. They did such an amazing job. I had multiple truckloads that needed hauled away and they got it all done in 2 days. Prices are great and I highly recommend them. So very pleased with them
The young men who assisted with cleaning out my storage unit were prompt, very friendly and polite, and got the job done quickly!
