I am highly dissatisfied with how this company handled a situation that occurred during our move. We used them to help load up everything onto their truck on day one. I witnessed 2 of the movers (one was the lead on the job) drop one of my nightstands onto the truck floor and overheard the lead mover curse because of it. They also damaged another piece of furniture as well. When unloading it on day 2, my husband stated that they did in fact break it.
