College hunks hauling junk, and moving company will always have my business from this day forward! Today was the big move. Jack, Evan and Tyler Showed up and quickly got to work. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Jack was the captain of the moving team; he was personable and very professional. Always an exceptional experience with the Hunks in Leland. I've used them for a number of moves and everytime they are professional and quick. Their pricing is very reasonable. I used other moving companies in the past where it would take 3 or 4 guys to lift some things with extra charges but just 2 hunks could handle it with ease. Never had items damaged while other companies it was very common. Very impressed by how personable and kind they are, and their strength! Overall, I had a mixed experience with College Hunks. The crew arrived on time, and all three movers were very polite, respectful, and pleasant to work with. They had great attitudes, which I really appreciated. It was an extremely hot day during the current heat wave, and I know that made an already difficult job even more challenging. It also seemed that two of the three movers were quite young and smaller in stature. I may be mistaken, but at times they appeared to struggle with some of the heavier furniture. College Hunks have helped us move 2 times in the last 3 weeks - or to be more accurate they moved us - we didn’t do much! We had two leads Zaki now and Jacob the first move. Jacob returned and we are so glad. Zaki is a planner and is tackling a giant entertainment center which has to be taken apart and moved on outside curved stairs. Jacob had to deal with a ferry closure on the first move and set everything up with Christian even though it was very late! I recently bought a house and needed to have items that were in storage in Wilmington. NC moved to Rolesville, NC. I contracted with College Hunks to do the move on June 25th. The day started out with a call from Jacob, the “Captain” of the crew, that the truck was fueled and they were on their way and would arrive in 30 min. True to his word they were right on time.
