The move went amazingly well. The guys were polite and respectful and were careful with my belongings. They completed the move under time.
Very quick and friendly service. Pricing is a little high but worth it for the convenience of not going to the dump.
I would like to give a better review but cannot. The original bid for my move was 5 hours and 2 trucks. The move took 7 hours and the trucks were full so they couldn’t take everything and made no offer to go back and get the remaining items. Nice sales tactic to under bid and be able to charge more at the end of the job. The person bidding the job should be more accurate. Some crew members were rather immature. Just as a heads up for those who need to cancel their appointment for whatever reason. You only get your deposit back if you call and request the refund, it doesn’t do it automatically when you cancel online. I have 0 issues with the company, scheduling was easy and everyone I talked to was great, my new place just won’t be ready when I originally planned. Just felt that their refund policy wasn’t clearly communicated, and felt like people should know going into it.
