Predatory bait and switch tactics. I gave information that I needed a piano moved and sent a picture. No one told me it would be a MUCH higher fee than advertised. It was a $465 flat fee for a piano (any piano....and mine was no where near as large or heavy as a grand piano) PLUS a $50 heavy item fee for something with a flat price that is known to be heavy.
