Honestly this place is actually really good, especially if you’re a student. They actually think about what students need which is kinda rare. The Community Assistants always have stuff going on and the events are fun and not awkward. It’s pretty easy to meet people. Management isn’t even bad either, they respond and try to help. Overall vibes are solid

While living in the Tower for three years, my rent only increased once, by $25. The building is operated by a nonprofit! The current Community Manager and leasing team have made many improvements over the past year or so, and building upgrades are ongoing. I've also made several friends here through community events. Other things I love: No pet rent, just a refundable deposit. Quiet and cute neighborhood, close to campus. There’s a reason this place is priced lower than others nearby. While it’s a convenient location, the elevators frequently broke, trash chutes frequently clogged, and I’d check my amazon account and find rude notes written by student package workers when they signed off on Amazon dropping off my packages. I remember once a nonresident tailed another person into the building and management did not care to ask that person to leave even though they clearly did not live or know someone there.
