We have been going to see Dr Bonafini for many years. He has taken care of our furry family members with such care, compassion, and professionalism. Everyone in his clinic has been so kind. I can't say enough about all of them. Yesterday, our family lost our sweet Stanley, and Dr. Rojas and Christina made a very sad event, tolerable as they were so kind and very thoughtful. Thank you for your care in my Stanley's final visit to the clinic.
We really appreciate the communication and care provided at CHV. Love the reminders and we have no worries when we leave our pets here for tests etc. Definitely would recommend!!
The veterinarian may be perfectly great but I wouldn’t know. I went to the office on my lunch break and filled out a form in December, I was told to wait a week to hear back. I called a couple weeks later to see why I hadn’t heard back and was told the holidays might affect the booking time, totally fair. A month later I sent an email stating I had filled out the form and included the basic info to identify me as a client. I was told I’m not on file and I’ll have to fill out another form.
