Horrible park managers pick and choose who can do what... some are allowed fence, others aren't... dumb rules with aggressive owners
Average, maintance inside the area is adequate, close to elementary and high schools for families. Near major shopping centre's. Overall okay.
Its a trailer park. It had wide driving lanes which was a bonus. Unlike most which have narrow driving lanes and get the most trailers in as possible...of course for maximum revenue of real estate.
