I usually try to support local businesses, but this gym has been a major disappointment. The staff are consistently rude, inattentive, and act like they’re being inconvenienced just by answering basic questions. It’s clear customer service is not a priority here. The biggest issue, though, is the false advertising. When I signed up, the website and brochures claimed access to a sauna, steam room, and other amenities—all of which have since been quietly removed without notice. I use to love this gym until they hired the new lady that works there. You cant even walk through the doors without her micromanaging you, on top of that she is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She will be the reason I cancel my membership.

Honestly never experience this kind of customer service in life. I went to the gym after a long day at work. The lady who works there didn’t let me enter because my QR code doesn’t work. I pay for the membership and then I can’t even enter at this place? Just because QR code didn’t work. She didn’t even stop me even yelled at me. Her behaviour was so unprofessional and disrespectful.
