A Big Ripoff I went in to fix one tooth that was hurting, Dr. Kaplan proceded to sand down the tooth that hurted and the tooth next to it without me knowing about it, because my mouth was numb, then tells me with an attitude "I better find a way to get some money to fix my teeth". Total ignorance and Total disregard to patient's requests. Not caring at all. He is all out for your money.
