WILL IN FACT reach MAXIMUM capacity in the outdoor portion of their establishment then REFUSE ACCESS TO A RESTROOM to people in said section. They require them to wait in a 45 minute line to be able to return to their personal belongings, table, and family. The worst service I’ve ever experienced, you can’t deny access to a restroom in a restaurant that’s illegal.

YIKES!!! Extremely filthy. I can't believe that the health department hasn't shut this place down. My wife and I have been there a few times and want to like it, but it's just too nasty. This particular night it was extremely cold weather outside and inside the heat was broken. We stayed for one very expensive drink and left. The sad part is that the staff were very friendly. Excelent service by the waiters but the owner no,If she dont want a women in the men's bathroom they should put signs in each bathroom, instead of having "gender neutral" in the bathrooms

Crowd control is horrible!!!!! Will not let people in because they lost wristbands during homecoming despite the actual crowd inside the bar being low. As a result, I was crowd crushed in the line. Completely unacceptable.
