The only reason I don’t take my complaints to a higher level (with the city) is because I’m trying to stick it out until the end of my senior year. They take advantage of college students and low income people! After my roommate & I paid our deposit they stopped responding completely. Our move in date was supposed to be two days ago. We have called the College Court office number and Providian number several times and continuously get sent to voicemail. We’ve texted the text support number several times and gotten no response. This is one of the WORST apartment complex in Tuskegee. Every apartment they told me was mine either had water damage, mold, or holes in the ceiling and walls or all three. The landlord has stopped responding to my messages. I was not able to move in and it has been 3 weeks since my original move in date! This is absolutely unacceptable, and it is starting to seem as if College Court preys on low income individuals, and college students in need of housing. I need my money back as soon as possible. I applied to this apartment some days back through their website named Providian of which I received my report instantly. However, all efforts to reach out to the property manager proved abortive despite giving my friend the go-ahead to submit an application online which I did.
