This place has mold in the apartments! When you report it the apartment manager just has the maintenance man patch over the mold instead of removing it.
I lived here for two years. The new management ruined everything. When you move out, they will do EVERYTHING in their power to squeeze any extra money out of you. They will also give random third party workers keys to your apartment with no notice whatsoever. There are often fights in the parking lot. The communal laundry room washers are disgusting and make your clothes smell. Also there were times when almost all of them were out of service. We had frequent roach problems. If something breaks and needs to be fixed, they get on top of it as soon as they can. Safe place for children , and it has a pool. I have no problems with my neighbors.
tried to rent here but had to go more expensive because they denied me the apartment cause they said my credit history was bad but my credit wasnt bad. when i reviewed it I was super mad when they said this cause i had to result into staying with my husband instead of leaving him and they wouldnt pay me back by card the money back they sent it through mail which is stupid and also considering this is an equal housing place it sure wasnt equal or nice to me as i paid the rent in full then got denied last minute I am pissed
