Idk I like their friendliness and great services mostly but is it legal to be An FNP ,(Nurse Practioner) and prescribe meds! Never mind take the entire place for a whole mental health office of a psychiatrist? I heard even if your are under the supervision of an MD you have to be within 50 miles of them? That's the law in Ca!
I have been a client of college community services for over a year. The staff is excellent. I have been treated with respect and absolutely recommend the clinic. Linda is my coordinator and has provided me with skills and education that I use everyday. She helped me go back to school and inspired me to take control of my life. I have then referred my friends to the clinic.
ive been with them 4 months they havent given me any medication, they wont help you. theyre NOT physicians if im lucky someone will cancel, otherwise i have to wait 1 and 1/2 more months to be seen for medication. i'm about to kill myself
It was a joke. Got my medIcal marijuana next door. I laughed so hard seeing this. Way better than if it was a liquor store. Even though I'm on an interview the staff is too. My counselor guy was way too friendly. I'm a patient. I hope he was a therapist. There Was no way I couldn't get out fast enough. I never saw any degrees of anyone working there. Could have been a janator.
I've been going to CCS for nearly a year now and I absolutely love it! They have a lot of good workers there who are all different in their own way. Michael L. has a really quirky personality but, he's very effective and his non-conventional methods of therapy is what makes the experience worth while. Kathleen is a therapist who is more positive than anything. She seems to be understanding of many different issues and seems to be able to focus best on anxiety or depression. Do NOT recommend College Community Services at all. The break the law and get away with it. I was denied court required services due to my inability to pay now im facing jail time. I even had Medi-cal and they refused at even the attempt to bill them.
