We have enjoyed working with CCDB twice over 6 years, each involving significant multi-faceted home renovations. Their design services throughout the process ensured a final product to be proud of. Workmanship was excellent, on time and in budget completion equally important to us. Everything about working with College City was fantastic. From the owner to our project manager to our designer, everyone was great to work with, communicated extremely well, and truly cared about ensuring that what our family wanted became a reality. We had no complaints, and we highly recommend them!

You have a driver out here in Richfield in a black truck with this company logo on the side driving suuuper dangerous and tailgating people! He also seems to have lost his turn signal 🤷‍♀️ license plate ending in ***-110

College City Design did a fantastic job in all phases of the project, from our initial meeting through the final walk through. The work was amazing. They handled all of the unforeseen scheduling conflicts we caused by adding a HVAC update to the equation with courtesy and absurdness. Chris Menning took our vague requirements and used his expertise to create a design that was at once practical, functional, and future proof.
