College City Design did a fantastic job in all phases of the project, from our initial meeting through the final walk through. The work was amazing. They handled all of the unforeseen scheduling conflicts we caused by adding a HVAC update to the equation with courtesy and absurdness. Chris Menning took our vague requirements and used his expertise to create a design that was at once practical, functional, and future proof. CCDB Inc.’s team of Chris Menning, Rebecca Ryan, Buzz Taggert, and their vendors/contractors did a first rate job with our Eden Prairie 3-story home renovation. Major areas addressed included new kitchen, MBR walk-in closet, Master Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Ground Floor Kitchenette.
