RecommendedThis is my husband’s favorite motorcycle store, which speaks volumes! He makes any excuse to go there- and it’s an hour away! Above and beyond customer service. Recommended.
customer service is horrible, prices are through the roof. and the place just all around sucks. won't mount and balance a brand new motorcycle tire just because it wasn't purchased from them. I'm all done with the place. they will neaver get my business for nothing. way to go College bike shop.
Ordered a battery three times at Auto Zone, each time I got the wrong battery. I ordered the battery from College, it was almost half the price and they filled it with acid for me. Highly recommend skipping the big chains and shopping local at College Bike!
NEVER EVER EVER will we do business with COLLEGE BIKE SHOP AGAIN!!! Sad to say since I’ve known the family FOR YEARS! What a joke! THEY ordered us the wrong parts, WE made them FULLY aware- they then did the research to find the the needed parts are no longer made: Then COVID happened and everyone closed-after multiple calls and being told “the manager will call you back” but yet NO RETURNED CALL!!! Hey Erika. We were open every single day except holidays and Sundays thru covid. Its been 3 1/2 months. I spoke to Mike probably a month ago. It seems the story has changed a bit. But, I am sorry that it did not work out better.

We shopped around for a bike for my husband and after talking with college bike shop, we knew where we wanted to take our business. They know their stuff! Super friendly, will go above and beyond, very knowledgeable. Their parts department is great, service department is amazing. After buying my husbands bike, I took a go on it and we went right back to get another. These people are amazing in every department. We will always get our parts from them. They’ve gained our business for life!!
Hands down the best bike shop - I wouldn’t trust my bike to anyone but them. Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff!
