I stopped going here because the scheduler was so rude and then they called and left a loud, rude message on my voicemail. Since I left that short message College Ave. responded below by saying it doesn't fit with their something or other and if you read the other negative reviews they have responded the same way. As corporations do, they aren't interested in solving any issues as much as they are interested in giving a response that sounds like action. College Ave Family Medicine has been the best doctor I’ve been to. The staff in the front are all super accommodating and helpful with scheduling. The doctors have all been amazing and excellent with patient care!
Shout out to my front desk girls BREANNE thanks for always holding down the fort and handling my shenanigans I love you. You seriously are a beautiful soul. I was a patient at this practice for approximately three years and thought that I was reasonably well-served. However, the practice denied my routine prescription refill request--one it had filled regularly during those three years--without notice. I would not recommend this practice or any UPMC family practice based on this experience.
