This practice has went really down hill over the last few months. I really disagreed with the fact you never seen 1 doctor. Every appointment was always with a different doctor. It wasn’t ever a negative experience but my care was always all over the place because everyone did something different and change my medications care plans etc. there was a nurse heather that was nothing less then amazing and when she left the other nurses don’t show the compassion she did. This facility does not have an MD who visits patients. Patients are only seen by nurses or residents. While I have no issue with training environments, the practice is poorly managed and operates below professional standards. The front desk staff speak inappropriately about patients within earshot and interact with people in a dismissive manner. The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. I stopped going here because the scheduler was so rude and then they called and left a loud, rude message on my voicemail. Since I left that short message College Ave. responded below by saying it doesn't fit with their something or other and if you read the other negative reviews they have responded the same way. As corporations do, they aren't interested in solving any issues as much as they are interested in giving a response that sounds like action.
