I rented a unit from Doug for about 3 years and it was great! I had two minor issues throughout my time and they were fixed as soon as I filled out the form it seemed like. Doug and his attendants tend to the facility regularly, so the property is maintained & it gave me a peace of mind. The facility isn’t climate controlled, so I made sure to cover/pack/seal my stuff properly & I didn’t have any issues with bugs/weathering.
Doug was great about accommodating my move in and move out dates and other situations I had beforehand. It's really nice that he treats you human first rather than treating you only as a customer. The unit I had was clean and easy to move things in and out. I highly encourage people to rent a storage unit with Doug and support College Station businesses!
Doug was so accommodating when I was moving and needing a lot of last minute changes! Willing to chat and negotiate to work for both parties! Affordable and accessible!
Great low price storage! Older building so it has older issues but perfect for my use!
