Warning: Unfair Treatment of Tenants and Deposits Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. One of our tenants only lived in the property for three months before ending their tenancy suddenly, but the agency has tried to pass the entire burden of cleaning and other costs onto us. They deducted over £1,100 from our deposit, including an outrageous £714 “cleaning” fee . I had been renting with College and County over four years now since I moved to Oxford. My overall experience has been great with little to no grievances whatsoever. They have always been quick to reply and sort out any concerns that I may have throughout the flat. I highly recommend their services.
College and County have been excellent to deal with on all accounts — great communication, very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They’ve handled our licence applications seamlessly and have been fantastic at finding the right tenants for us. Truly outstanding service all round.
