Never follow up on important things needed by patient. Act like they could care less! Been trying since December to get a release for surgery i need. No response!
Dr. Donahue has been my doctor for several years. In short, she is amazing. She has carried me through lots of health issues and done so with compassion, knowledge that is second to none, she is also a great person. I highly recommend her !!!
Zero stars if possible...the WORST staff! I had an appointment on 8/29 with Dr. Abby Hewitt (Nurse Practitioner). I advised her that ALL my prescriptions needed to be refilled. Not once did she indicate that was an issue, especially since she's filled them previously. When I arrived at my pharmacy, only one was available. I called the office to determine why one in particular wasn't filled. The receptionist had a NASTY attitude and the office assistant (Kenyota), who she transferred me to was 10 TIMES worse! Awesome office. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. Dr. Tobe-donahue is the best aways there even on her days off. Loves her patients.
