She left practice without notification. Not a good listener. Did not show to me at least any consideration for her patients I leaving without even a postcard.
I have been seeing Colleen for years; however, the office staff is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. Numerous times, we have left referral information, then find out after the appointment that no referral was ever sent. In particular, Tonya. She doesn't listen when you provide her information, and places wrong information for referrals causing me to take time to have it corrected with multiple phone calls while I am trying to do my job. Easy, quick and reliable. Colleen has been great.
Have been seeing Colleen for years. I wouldn't trust any other PCP. The ladies are so kind and fun! Tonya (Tanya?) Is awesome. I always get a kick outta talking with her.
