I felt she had no bedside manner and afterwards and I hoped my next visit would be better. All she seemed to care about was running the bill up. She remembered nothing about my medical history from the first visit even though she appeared to take notes. My blood pressure is still high she didn’t seem to care and she left the practice sooner than the date I was given and would only say she would be doing administrative work. I was not sad she was leaving just about hoping to find a new PCP, just make some who cares

First visit,Dr Sam spent 45 min talking to me about my medical history. Before my initial lab work was done or my initial physical,i had severe pain in my right groin area.I went in to see the NP. and was sent for an xray of my rt.hip and pelvis.within a day i got a call from Dr Sam telling me I had avascular necrosis and probably would need hip replacement.I have since had the surgery.Dr. Sam's office jumped on this issue immediately.I am very impressed,and thats saying a lot for an old nurse

Sat in waiting room for over 30 minutes past appointment time. Nurse took us to exam room, checked vitals, and assured us the doctor would be with us shortly. No one checked on us again for nearly 50 minutes. After an hour in the exam room with no doctor in sight, we left, and will not return.
