I have been going to Colleen for years now, I followed her from one office to the next and I will continue to do so until she retires. I have nothing but nice things to say about Colleen. She gets me, she knows how to communicate with me and understands what I am looking to accomplish. I like that she's personable and blunt. She makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend. I always look forward to seeing her.
Weirdly enough I'm going to a psychiatrist for mental health issues.. missed two appointments due to those issues and instead of an "are you ok" letter i get "we filled ONE of your medications, dont come back".
Colleen was great when she was downtown. That has changed SO much!! It is impossible to get in touch when needed and no longer cares about patients health. Although it is likely it was an act and she never did.
