I cannot rate anyone in the office except the receptionist. My daughter called to make an appointment which takes a lot for some to even make the call. Being in the profession they are should really understand this. She was talked down to and treated horrible on the phone. Was told they could not help her which is total opposite of what the website leads you to believe. I am so disappointed, have been trying to get her to contact Hamilton Wellness for months and this happened to her. Shameful!
