ms. duffy is extremely cordial, friendly, and positive. unfortunately it takes much more than that to be a good trial attorney. to win at trial an attorney has to be prepared, thurough with their cross examinations, completely knowledgeable about all the evidence in the case they are defending, and able to expose a witness who is not telling the truth against their client.
