I've been going to this clinic for about 4 years now, and all my doctors are terrific. However, I have had many bad experiences with their front desk. I'm not sure why, but scheduling appointments can be unbearable sometimes because of how rude the desk ladies can be. Even in person they have such a terrible attitude towards me. Wondering if I'm the issue or if they just hate working there
Avoid at all costs. Whats the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna wait over an hour to be seen? Walked out. Lobby is depressing and disgusting. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
Been a patient at R.O.A.D.S. since 2019. I refer everyone I know. I have explored other places, none of which came close to the friendly staff and genuineness of the Dr.'s.
Long Beach location: Dr. Garg in Pediatrics is amazing! She always takes the initiative to ask how we are doing and if we need anything else additional to our appointment needs. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is fresh water if you need while waiting, and restrooms that are very clean. Parking is limited inside the lot, but plenty of street parking around.
The majority of staff are courteous and friendly, particularly Quilla, she's very helpful and respected the patients. The back office is always welcoming . I am very happy to go to this clinic.
