Absolutely amazing! I had Margaret for a 90minute deep tissue massage and she was absolutely amazing! Really worked on my problem areas and showed me some stretches to help release tension. The entire staff was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend it! Best massage I have ever received!

I just had one of the best massages of my life with Carey! I squeezed in for a last-minute, 30 min long massage after suffering through bouts of tension headaches for the last few days. My husband and I dropped in on one of our rare days off for a far infrared sauna visit. We loved it. I can still feel the heat on ny back. Yum.
Wow! Such a great hidden Gem. Everyone working there was super friendly. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. My massage therapist was Jessie and she was the BEST. She checked multiple times if i was comfortable and I truly appreciated that. Most importantly I have had many massages from all over the country and my experience with Jessie was by far the best. I had a massage with Derrick Powe, and it was by FAR the best I’ve had in Durham (and I’ve been to MANY different massage therapists in the area). He was thoughtful, attentive to my specific concerns, and checked in to make sure the massage was going how I’d like. Highly, HIGHLY recommend him to others!!
I had a great 60 minute Swedish massage here for the first time and Marybeth was awesome! Perfect place to release some tension and stress. My husband had one also and he had only great things to say.
