I'm in Dallas on business and found this studio. Had the most amazing class with Jess this morning. Love her teaching style and music was awesome. I've been doing Lagree for years and have tried a variety of studios, this is definitely in my top 3 out side of my home studio. Strongly recommend if you live or visit the area to give them a try
I tried a few workout studios in the area and landed on this one as my absolute favorite. I love how small the classes are here and how relaxing it is with the lights turned down. I wish more evening classes would be added for night owls that work 9-5pm, but as long as those 5:45pm classes are kept, I am okay! i have been doing lagree for a couple of years now on & off & let me tell you that my experience here was amazing. the studio was clean & welcoming, the instructor was super sweet, patient & more than willing to help anyone who needed it. the workout was not easy, but worth the soreness! music definitely adds to the vibe of the class & it was spot on. my overall experience was so positive, i would absolutely go back again & recommend this studio!
This was my first time doing lagree on a megaformer (or lagree at all actually!), and WOW! What a workout! The instructors at Collective MVMT were amazing (and importantly, patient with me). Loved the experience and I'll definitely be going back!
