Helen is amazing! She has helped me so much in managing my headaches and migraines. Her knowledge, care, and support have made such a huge difference to my day to day life. I always feel heard and looked after, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone struggling with headaches or migraines.

Helen and the team at Collective Motion are amazing. I had constant painful cording & breast lymphedema after breast cancer treatment. Helen has managed to reduce the pain from the cording to a very low level, and also has helped with the breast lymphedema. Their clinical pilates classes are so tailored to what you need and want to focus on. I would definitely recommend Collective Motion to others
