I started my journey at Collective Motion in the prenatal reformer Pilates classes a few years ago and they were fantastic. They helped me feel stronger both physically and mentally. Pre-natal pilates classes are fabulous. Great price for such small groups. Have meant that even at 39 weeks I’m still totally mobile.
