Lenee was amazing to work with planning our wonderful family 8 day trip to Cancun. She was very knowledgeable and saved us a lot of time and money. Lenee also eased our concerns about traveling out of the United States and especially to Mexico for the first time. She was very honest in what to expect and how to be prepared from start to finish. I had planned to use this agent, but I ended up booking on my own due to a time restraint on waiting for options and using my own miles. She the. Accused me of wasting her time and using her advice to book on my own even though I had booked before she sent me any options. She then sent me a $30 invoice and a nasty message. Very poor costumer service and would not reccomend.
