Update 4/11/25 I wanted to provide an update review on this business . We finally connected, communicated and owner was able to shed light on why their was a disconnect and lapse in follow up w/ customer service. Her immediate response was appreciated and my necklace issue resolved. I appreciate the truthful communication and i am glad to have my “ Heart” necklace issue fixed —————————————- Disappointment! Is their jewelry — amazing, pretty, bold, beautiful, sweet and adorning… 100% Yes! But i rate the “follow up “, the “ customer service “ one star.
