We finally connected, communicated and owner was able to shed light on why their was a disconnect and lapse in follow up w/ customer service. Her immediate response was appreciated and my necklace issue resolved. I appreciate the truthful communication and i am glad to have my “ Heart” necklace issue fixed —————————————- Disappointment! Disappointment! Reached out 3-4 times trying to get my “big heart necklace fixed.” One person responded. Then unresponsive, now crickets. Don’t have the energy to go back and forth. Is their jewelry — amazing, pretty, bold, beautiful, sweet and adorning… 100% Yes! But i rate the “follow up “, the “ customer service “ one star.
