I called and made an initial appointment. Gave them all my information including insurance data. I asked for an "approximation" of costs. They said they couldn't do it without checking my insurance. I waited a couple of days, called and asked again. This time I was told they couldn't give information without evaluation and checking insurance - again! Afraid to say how much is APPROXIMATELY charged for a crown until you have me in your chair? Need my insurance info to tell me the "approximate TOTAL cost"? Gave it. Considering... read more
